This page contains the Terms and Conditions of purchase with BASEVILLE.PT. Please read them carefully before making your purchase, as they govern the use of this site and your purchase.

By using our website (www.baseville.pt) or making an order through it, you acknowledge that you are subject to these Terms and the BASEVILLE Privacy Policy.

These conditions may be modified at any time without prior notice.

Before each purchase we suggest that you analyze the SIZE GUIDE to ensure the highest satisfaction with the article you are purchasing. If you have any questions, please contact us at sales@baseville.pt.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can choose the following methods of payment:

  • Bank transfer
  • Multibanco Reference

If you choose Multibanco Reference, payments will be made via EuPago, which will appear when you make your payment and on your bank statement. Through this option, the confirmation of the payment is immediate, reason why the shipment can be made on the same day or until the following business day, according to the time of the order.

The prices presented by BASEVILLE are in euros. The exchange rate used in currency conversion is dependent on the bank used by the customer.

Although BASEVILLE informs retailers about the retail price, retail prices are the sole responsibility of retailers.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Within 14 days after your purchase, if you wish, you can change size, model, color or simply request a return.

To do this, the articles must be in the same state of the shipment: new, without use and / or washing and with all the accessories with which the articles were sent (including external tags and hangtags).

If you wish to exchange or return an item, simply contact us at sales@baseville.pt, identifying name, order number and reason for the exchange, so that we can start the process.

The costs of sending exchanges / returns are responsibility of the consumer, except for defective parts (see “Defects”) situations in which BASEVILLE will bear the costs associated with the return. BASEVILLE shall not be liable for any damage and / or loss resulting from the return/ exchange.

In the event of a return, BASEVILLE will do so within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt of the part, by bank transfer.

BASEVILLE does not accept return of parts purchased in retail. Only returns of parts purchased at Baseville.pt are accepted.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Quer o utilizador, quer a BASEVILLE podem cancelar encomendas.
Both the user and BASEVILLE can cancel orders.
The user, before the order is sent by post, can cancel the order at no cost.

BASEVILLE reserves the right not to process an order, even if it has already been sent confirmation of its processing.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

All BASEVILLE pieces have composition and wash labels that identify the best way to care for your article. The fulfillment of the instructions allows to obtain a greater longevity of the same ones, guaranteeing a greater satisfaction with its purchase.

DEFECTS

BASEVILLE undertakes to use the best suppliers in PORTUGAL, in order to deliver to its final consumer the best possible product. In addition, our team performs quality control on 10% samples of the articles received from the supplier in order to reduce the possibility of a defect. However, defects may occur in our articles, which we regret.

The knits with which our line is composed have dimensional stabilities of width and length ranging from 5 to 7%, and these changes are not considered to be defective. Please check the washing conditions on the labels in order to avoid any significant change.

PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROTECTION

BASEVILLE is a trademark protected by INPI as well as the domain www.baseville.pt. The reproduction or use of BASEVILLE data without the authorization of the trademark is prohibited.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your purchase with us requires the sharing of some personal data. BASEVILLE will not share your information with third parties, nor will use it for purposes other than the business relationship underlying the purchase.

If you wish, you can use hastag #baseville to identify your pieces on social networks. In that case, you are authorizing BASEVILLE to use the material shared on your social networks and / or website.

RESOLUTION ALTERNATIVES OF CONFLICTS

BASEVILLE is at your disposal for any clarification or resolution of any problem related to the products supplied. In the event of a dispute regarding contractual obligations resulting from sales contracts, the consumer may use the following Alternative Dispute Resolution Body:
